The 2008 Race date has been set for June 7th, 2008!

2006 Race Logo The sixth annual Ar River Canoe and Kayak race will be June 7th 2008, benefiting the ESAR organization. This the largest flat water race in the state. There will be a 4 mile and 8 mile race starting at Burns Park boat ramp and ending at I-30 bridge. You will pass 4 bridges, a submarine, a river boat and the Travelers new ball park as you paddle through the middle of town. If your a serious racer or just want to see the sights this race is for you.
